Technology & Infrastructure  Driving the business forward…

Efficient digital transformation by investing in the tech, data, processes, and people to enable speed through better decisions and faster course correction based on what they learned.

The goal is to utilize insights-based data collection to learn more about your customer. Balancing the human demand, with technology, creativity, research, analytics, and agile development.

Leadership  A few things I have learned while leading others...

Coaching & mentoring is critical for the growth of others.  Set some creative time aside to plan the strategy.  Include your team in the creative session.  Lead by example and have fun doing it!  Keep things simple, and remember, effective communication should start a conversation.

Key drivers of my leadership:  Inspire others to grow within their own roles   Communicate expectations of them and be clear about what they can expect from you.  Listen when they describe what is  "working and not working".  Create an action plan that is achievable.  Recognize when performance is high.  Mentor when performance is low.  Trust in the ability of others.  Lastly, build a family, not just a team.

Project Management  The discipline needed for success...

As a natural relationship builder, I have been equipped
with the vision and purpose of collaborating with many stakeholders in order to work together toward one goal.

Elements I incorporate into each project:

  • Agile Management Process, Scrum.

  • Project Outline.

  • Project Descriptions - 3 parts "What are we doing, why are we doing it, and what does a good example look like?"

  • Team & Contact List that includes their role & contribution to the project.

  • Schedule of events and milestones to achieve.

  • Budget.

  • Risk & Issue Management.

  • Communication.

  • Stakeholders.

  • Business questions & hypotheses to determine ROI.
